- AI FACTORY and 3D Printing quote/partnership consultations: Inquiries on smart farm/smart factory implementation, prototype fabrication requests, technology and business partnerships, and investor relations (IR) responses
- Service improvement and statistical analysis: Website optimization by understanding visit frequency, analyzing user environments, and reviewing service usage statistics

The Company collects minimal personal information necessary to provide smooth customer consultation and services.

Article 4 (Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information)
When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiry of the retention period or fulfillment of processing purposes, the Company destroys it without delay.
- Destruction Procedure: Information entered by users is stored for a specified period according to internal policies and relevant regulations after achieving the purpose, and is then destroyed.
- Destruction Method: Personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format is permanently deleted so that records cannot be reproduced, and personal information recorded in paper documents is shredded or incinerated.
Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)
Data subjects may exercise the following rights regarding personal information protection at any time with the Company:
- Right to request access to personal information
- Right to request rectification in case of errors
- Right to request erasure
- Right to request restriction of processing
You may exercise these rights in writing, via email, or by fax in accordance with Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Company will take action without delay.
Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
The Company implements the following technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to secure personal information:
- Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, minimization of personnel handling personal information
- Technical Measures: Access rights management for data processing systems, encrypted data transmission via SSL/TLS secure servers, installation and periodic update of security software
- Physical Measures: Access control to server rooms, document archives, and unauthorized entry prevention
